Comprehensive Building Reports

Inspection Plus+ produce comprehensive Building Reports, which will give you a full understanding of the construction and overall condition of the dwelling.

The building report is a narrative assessment of the dwelling with photographs, not a computer generated ‘tick box’ building report.

Each aspect of the dwelling is reported on with the conclusion page focusing on the ‘main areas of interest’ identified.

Maintenance advice and remedies will be included where necessary. Recent work or additions, which may require council consent, will also be advised upon.

The building report is emailed the day following the house inspection in a pdf format. Bound, hard copies are also available on request.

Having the knowledge of the true condition of the dwelling will enable you to be an informed buyer.
